These terms apply when you use the PropertyMitras website and services. By using the website you agree to them.
1. Our service
We help you discover new projects, arrange free site visits and online presentations, and connect you with builders and, if you ask, with lawyers and lenders. Our services are free for buyers; builders pay us to market their projects.
2. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, give accurate details and use the website only for genuine home-buying enquiries.
Bookings and payments for a home are made directly with the builder, under the builder’s agreement for sale. PropertyMitras never collects booking amounts.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no automated scraping, false enquiries, attempts to break security, or reviews that are not based on your own experience. We may remove content and suspend access that breaks these rules.
4. Reviews and content you submit
Reviews are checked against a real visit or booking before they are published. You keep ownership of what you write and allow us to show it on the website.
5. Liability
We take care to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it (see our disclaimer). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information on the website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
