Real reviews from buyers who visited, compared and booked with PropertyMitras. Every review is verified against a site visit or booking.
The site visit was rescheduled twice without notice and the cab arrived forty minutes late, so we missed the sample flat walkthrough. The relationship manager was polite but could not answer basic questions about the carpet area, the parking allotment or the exact possession date, and the brochure we were promised never arrived by email. Fine.
Booked a 3 BHK after visiting four projects in one Saturday.
Good experience overall. The pickup was 15 minutes late, but the RM called ahead to tell us.
As NRIs we started with an online presentation. The lawyer check on our agreement was a bonus.
They told us honestly that one project had a delayed track record. That honesty won us over.
We saved ₹4.2 lakh in brokerage and the site visit was fully arranged. Our RM even sat with our lawyer before we signed.
Compared four projects side by side, visited two in one morning and booked at the builder’s price. No pressure, no hidden fees.
Their legal team caught a title issue on another project before we paid a rupee. That alone was worth it.
