1. What we collect
Your name, mobile number and email address when you book a site visit or online presentation, request a callback, download a brochure or create an account; the projects you view, shortlist and compare; and basic device and usage data through cookies.
We share your details only with the builder of the project you ask about, and only to arrange your visit or answer your question. We never sell your data.
2. How we use it
To verify your email address with a one-time code, arrange site visits and callbacks, send the updates you ask for, improve the website and meet our legal obligations. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
3. Who we share it with
The builder (and their sales team) of the project you enquire about; service providers who host the website, send emails and messages on our behalf, under contract and only for these purposes; and authorities when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your shortlist, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; some features, such as the shortlist, may then not work.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Signed-in visitors can update their details on the My account page. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
6. Grievance officer
If you have a concern about how your data is handled, write to our grievance officer using the contact details on this page. We acknowledge every request and reply within 7 working days.
